Itinerary

Friday

Arrive anytime  after 2pm.

You may choose to have your relaxing bodywork session and to enjoy an afternoon at the beach before the delicious holistic dinner at 5:30pm.

After dinner there is some time to socialize before the evening Mastermind Group. 

7:30pm Mastermind group- Here we pool our divine consciousnesses to help address each other's challenges, and to reach new levels of awareness.

End with a peaceful evening meditation.

Saturday

Have a Holistic Smoothie, Omelette, or Brunch buffet, with fresh organic fruits.

Join the 8am (Ohm) or 10am (Angels are with us today) Morning Meditations.

Schedule your spiritual healing Reiki or Reflexology session.

Spend some time at the beach soaking in the healing ocean and sun.*

Come back for a dinner at 5:30 if you so choose and enjoy our fresh vegetable options^.

Spiritual movie at 8:00pm followed by enlightened discussion and/or evening guided meditation.

Sunday

Have a Holistic Smoothie, Omelette, or Brunch buffet, with fresh organic fruits.

Morning Meditation 7:30 or 9am.

9:30 am Law of Attraction- Manifesting in Your Life! class/discussion group.

You may choose to experience your personal healing session during the day and to take a dip in the jacuzzi. Or spend the day at the beach.

4pm – Learn to cook Holistic food- for those who are interested, there is the opportunity to study with the Holistic chef and participate in dinner preparation.

5:30pm enjoy the delicious and nourishing meal

7pm depart
